OK: Jury Finds Tusa Man not guilty



Crisp’s defense attorney, Mike Manning, maintained that Pettie had threatened to “snatch” Crisp out of bed and “stomp his head in” before Crisp opened fire. Crisp told investigators immediately after the shooting that Pettie and his sister had been drinking throughout the night and were “extremely intoxicated” and belligerent.


“This was a case about bullying,” Manning argued in closing.
