Followup OK : Josh Glenn Shooting Ruled Justified

Following an almost 8-month investigation, District Attorney Chris Boring formally announced on Friday that his office would not be filing charges in the June 2015 shooting death of 22-year-old Woodward resident Josh Glenn.

Woodward police were summoned to Edgewood Apartments at around 3 a.m. on the morning of Sunday, June 21 by a 911 call in which the apartment resident indicated that there were two individuals outside his door "harassing" him. The resident shot through the door striking Glenn in the left side of the abdomen.
